All items will be sent with royal mail 1st class, enabling your order to arrive promptly.
Typical delivery period Standard delivery dispatched within 2-4 working days, these periods run from the close of business on that day.
If you place your order after 3pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these periods run from the close of business on the next following working day. These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 21 days of receiving your item(s). We have the right to decline any returns or exchanges after this time.
- Items must be returned to us in the way we sent them out to you. All labels and tags must still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments.
- We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such a case we will organise to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.
- You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge.)
- We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons
- if an item has been washed or modified returns won't be accepted
- Any faults or quality issues must be logged to email@example.com within 21 days of receiving your order. Any complaints after this time will not qualify.

This will notify our returns team who will check the information regarding your return and confirm if this can be accepted or rejected.
If you chose a refund rather than exchange RMDY. Will deduct £2 from your refund to cover the repackaging costs.
Please note any items purchased from our sale may only be exchanged for another size/product or a credit for the like amount credited to an e wallet account. Items bought in the sale or using a discount code are ineligible for a refund and can only be exchanged for other products or a store credit.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.
The cost of postage will be deducted from any refunds even during postage offers, unless the garment is deemed faulty.
where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
we will not refund or exchange the product
we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product
if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 21 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
