·Items must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order in the way we sent
them out to you. All labels and tags must still be attached, with no make up
stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments.
·You will be
refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge.)
accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons - no exceptions if an item
has been washed or modified returns won't be accepted
·Any faults or
quality issues must be logged to email@example.com within 21 days of
receiving your order. Any complaints after this time will not qualify.

When returning goods, Please ensure all returns are sent via a recorded/trackable service. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused by the return of the goods.
Items placed part of our sale CAN be returned for a refund to the original payment method.
We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to
14 days for your return to be processed and up to 7 days for the funds to be in
your bank. After you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been
refunded after 14 days of returning the item(s), please contact
us with the proof
of postage information from your return carrier receipt.
